Karen can help every step of the way, providing legal advice or assistance at closing and drafting or reviewing documents. Karen also offers listings in the Multiple Listing Service for a low, flat fee and title insurance for
residential and commercial sales through Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. And for a reasonable hourly fee, she can help with legal questions or problems in the residential or commercial real estate field.
A member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce and the Boulder Area Board of Realtors, Karen has worked in the legal profession since 1987, most recently as a criminal prosecutor. She was also on the faculty at the University of Illinois, where she taught business law, and is a former CPA.
