I work intuitively, from my heart and share genuine caring as well as honor and lightheartedness with my clients. My years of experience healing my own issues, as well as assisting others, have enabled me to sense deeply what my clients are experiencing and to see clearly the most effective way to assist them.
Often people seek therapy because they are feeling stuck in their ability to move through a difficult issue. I have found that when someone is struggling with such a challenge, there may be unconscious material they are not fully aware of. In addition to working with my clients' conscious awareness, I help them release unconscious obstacles (beliefs, emotions, memories, self-sabotaging patterns) and tap their own resources through hypnotherapy and other powerful healing tools.
As a result, my clients experience heightened confidence, self-empowerment, greater well-being and the freedom to move beyond limitations and transformations in their lives, relationships and careers.
I have over 15 years of experience in private practice, have worked for Boulder County Mental Health and Adams County Social Services, and have taught at Naropa Institute. I work with various issues including relationships, childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety, women's issues, personal and spiritual growth, sleep problems and stepfamilies. I am the mother of two teen-age daughters.
