Do YOU have a sense of adventure? Are YOU ready to make or reaffirm a commitment to YOURSELF?
Therapy is a gift to one's own self. It is a gift which allows us to explore and reach within. It can be a part of our individual journey of healing and self-discovery. I use the tools and approaches that have helped me during my journey.
In Brief Therapy, I use hypnotherapy to access possible reoccurring past and present day life patterns. Brief Therapy focuses on exploring one issue or pattern. Completion may often occur within eight to ten sessions.
Long-term therapy involves more individual one-on-one support and dialogue. This type of therapy encourages the client to learn new tools and new ways of interacting with their internal dialogue and external way of living. The client does most of the work as self-healing, while the therapist serves as a teacher, guide and soul companion. The client begins to develop a new relationship with their self.
I consider self-healing, work. Over time, self-healing becomes a part of a lifelong process of truly beginning to see ourselves clearly, and deciding on what we want to further explore, change or just notice. I work with clients whose issues involve sexual, physical and emotional abuse, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and personal growth. Therapeutic work may involve Subpersonalities, Inner child, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Sandtray, Dream Work, Gestalt, Cognitive Reframing, Trauma Renegotiation, and Body-centered approaches.
