
Michael is a student of human behavior in all its aspects. His training includes, among other studies, Eastern practices, somatic or body/mind therapies, Enneagram and clinical and transpersonal psychology. "He integrates these beautifully with sensitivity and regard for his clients," according to David Daniels, MD, Stanford University School of Medicine.
Michael's goal is help his clients "have a life that works: good health, good relationships, enjoying work, feeling fulfilled," he says. 'The focus of therapy is to be present and to live the best life you can right now. The past will come up and if s a mean to an end, not the end itself." One of Michael's greatest strengths is the ability to guide clients safely through the deepest levels of emotional work. Ultimately, he says, the point is, 'What are we doing today to live life now? The most important thing clients get from our work together is results, and we have fun doing it." Michael also offers:
