Sign either the back of the photograph, or an accompanying sheet. Also include contact information to include name and address, along with a brief description of the subject, and any other details you wish to include.
Now, for the legalese:
Publisher reserves the right to reject any submissions deemed obscene or libelous. Photos remain the property of the photographer, who is providing the photographs to the publisher for the exclusive use of posting on publishers' Photo of the day. Photos will be archived online and available for retrieval through the photo of the day. Originals will be returned if you include a self addressed stamped envelope.
Publisher reserves the right to edit text and crop photos to fit our format.
Photos submitted with recognizable subjects will have the faces blurred, unless the photographer provides standard permission for publication.
Photographer will defend publisher against any or all suits related to publishing the photograph, and will hold the publisher harmless for any real or percieved errors of omission.
